Prorector Shanghai

The subsidiary of Prorector (Shanghai) Business Consulting Co., Ltd was established in 2016.

The Shanghai office and its team have the necessary expertise for the business and collaborate on matters where special expertise is needed with local consultants and authorities. The Shanghai office has close cooperation with established e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, JD and Tencent.

Prorector Shanghai works, among other things, with JD’s and Alibaba’s e-commerce platforms and has its own CFDA* warehouse in Shanghai for all products that are sold/distributed.

The Hong Kong subsidiary Prorector Limited was established in 2015 to cover the local market and facilitate financial transactions and audit of the Chinese mainland company.
